Because of flooding and other damage from Hurricane Isaac, the DeSoto National Forest DeSoto Ranger District has closed the following recreation areas: Big Biloxi Campground, Cypress Creek Landing and Campground, Fairley Bridge Landing, Janice Landing and Moody’s Landing.
Those closures are in addition to the following: Bethel ATV Trail, Big Foot Horse Trail, South Bethel Biking Trail, Black Creek Hiking Trail, Leaf Hiking Trail, Ashe Lake Hiking Trail and Tuxachanie Hiking Trail.
All of these areas are closed to the public through September 28.
